I am always amazed at what our small town has to offer. Today I found out that just 10 minutes from me I have a healthy happy resource called Raw Vegan Source. Kerrie Heart owns the online store but also has a small store in her basement. It’s beautiful and full of great healthy happy resources. She must be doing something right! She is beautiful!

I love the raw chocolates! The raw nut seed bread tastes like rye bread and I miss that taste! I taste tested a lot of fun raw vegan gfree food today. My wish list is growing for the next visit. She has blenders, peelers, shredders, dehydrators and every tool needed to make sushi. Plus oils and supplements. I picked up Flora-Zymes+ for helping my digestive system out. It’s Plant derived enzymes enhanced with pro-biotics. Just a little help will be nice. I am excited to keep trying new healthy products.
