Just Right Eating!

Stephanie Johnson of Just Right Eating sent me her Manual and Recipe to healthy eating. I interviewed Stephanie a few weeks back. Warning the connection wasn’t great but her gfree healthy tips were wonderful! Here is the show.

Stephanie’s book gives you healthy gfree easy recipes that you can choose each day or week to create for you and your family. She has included breakfast, smoothies, desserts, dips, salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza, appetizers, casseroles, meatlover’s and more recipes!

Here are a few recipes she included: Chocolate Protein Oatmeal, chocolate mint shake, lemon drop, chocolate chip cookies, creamy vege dip, mashed sweet potatoes, stuffed mushrooms, broccoli shrimp pasta, cabbage casserole and more! With each section there are healthy tips about calorie intake, eat clean, your kitchen essentials, snack ideas and oh my goodness so much more!
